The state of the arts of cultural policy research in the region
Cultural policy is currently being reconsidered and redesigned throughout the region. What is this process of redesign based on? Policies for Culture aims to launch a process of mapping, and awareness raising concerning the importance of research as basis for decision-making and evaluation of implemented policies. The current forum aims to facilitate the exchange of information on the existing cultural policy information and research infrastructure in SEE.

NGO Art Studio use the universal language of art to help bridge differences by learning to see value in them. This then becomes the basis for coalition building across communities, organizations, and business sectors to develop strategies to break cultural isolation, increase participation in the arts and the media, inspire creative responses to current political issues, promote the strengthening of intercultural competence and collaboration across borders as anchors for community renewal and economic development. Because this project represents the priorities and ideals that the ECF has come to stand for it stands out as an ideal partner for ensuring the maximum impact of this project. From this early preplanning phase, the support and encouragement offered by ECF has provided the momentum to keep our team and our project moving forward towards implementation. Arts For Peace Building promises to be a distinguished gem in the ECF project portfolio. NGO Art Studio in Skopje is paying increased attention to the real and potential linkages between youth and peace building. Youth tend to be naturally idealistic, creative and can improve the structure of civic society in Macedonia
