EUROCULT21 Integrated Report Report on the state of play of cultural policy within European cities and recommendations for the future (published May 2005). It represents the integrated report of EuroCult21 - the Urban Cultural Profiles Exchange Project (2003-2005) coordinated by Eurocities and carried out in partnership with 22 cities and eight universities and academic networks from EU member countries. The project aimed to promote discussion on the role of culture in urban governance, to exchange best practices, to identify research and funding needs, to develop innovative cultural strategies and define policy recommendations. |
