12.01.2007 ECF & Soros Foundation Moldova launch new Cultural Policy Pilot Project
After completing a first Policies for Culture project for Moldova in 2004, the European Cultural Foundation and the Soros Foundation Moldova have recently agreed to launch a new pilot project initiating further cultural (policy) development and much needed capacity development for cultural organisations and local administrations in Moldova.
 
10.12.2006 ECF ‘Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture’ continuously supports initiatives following the PfC agenda
All projects of the 1st and 2nd generation of PfC initiatives have been completed in 2004. A new ‘Balkan Incentive Fund for Culture supports participative cultural policy development in SEE again since 2006.

20.11.2006 New Guidebook on Participation in Cultural Policy & TV Film reflect PfC experience in SEE cities
‘Active Citizens – Local Cultures – European Politics’ is the motto of a new EU-funded Policies for Culture project explaining and promoting processes of civic action for cultural development and policy-making in cities across Europe.

25.10.2006 PfC Spin-Off presents booklet "Visions of Cultural Policy in the Kaliningrad Region"
Based on Policies for Culture experience the ECF and the Nordic Council of Ministers (NCM), since 2004, have been supporting the NGO Tranzit Agency and the Kaliningrad Oblast Authorities in their joint efforts to increase the capacities of the local cultural sector and engage practitioners and policymakers in constructive dialogue.
